【摘要】 目的探究腺样体切除治疗儿童鼻窦炎的效果。方法选择2017年2月～2019年2月北京爱育华妇儿医院收治的112例鼻窦炎患儿作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=56)。对照组患儿采取保守治疗措施,观察组患儿在保守治疗的基础上进行腺样体切除术治疗,对患儿进行为期6个月追踪随访,观察两组患儿治疗1个月后(停药时)及治疗后6个月的总有效率。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在保守治疗的基础上辅以腺样体切除术,能够显著提高儿童鼻窦炎的近、远期治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of adenoidectomy on sinusitis in children. Methods A total of 112 children with sinusitis admitted to Capital Healthcare Hospital for Children and Women from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as observation objects and divided into observation group(56 cases) and control group(56 cases) according to random number table method. The children in the control group took conservative treatment measures. The children in the observation group were treated with adenoidectomy on the basis of conservative treatment.The children were followed up for 6 months, and the total effective rate of the two groups for 1 month(when drug was stopped) and 6 months after treatment was observed. Results After one month of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Adenoidectomy on the basis of conservative treatment can significantly improve the short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of sinusitis in children.更多还原
