风湿性疾病合并感染患者血清铁蛋白、降钙素原、C反应蛋白和白介素6的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的探究血清铁蛋白(SF)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素6(IL-6)在风湿性疾病合并感染诊断中的意义。方法回顾性分析2017年1月~2019年12月云浮市人民医院收治的60例风湿性疾病合并感染者作为感染组,另选取同期收治的风湿性疾病者60例为未感染组。比较分析两组患者的SF、PCT、CRP及IL-6水平。结果感染组的CRP、IL-6、SF及PCT水平高于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组的SF、PCT、CRP、IL-6阳性率高于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿性疾病合并感染患者的SF、PCT、CRP及IL-6明显升高,结合患者的临床症状表现,可用于辅助诊断继发性感染疾病,对鉴别诊断风湿性疾病合并感染有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of serum ferritin(SF), procalcitonin(PCT), C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the diagnosis of rheumatic disease coinfection. Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatic disease coinfection who were admitted to Yunfu People′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively enrolled as the infected group, another 60 patients with rheumatic disease who were treated in the same period were selected as the non-infection group. The SF, PCT, CRP and IL-6 levels in two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The levels of CRP, IL-6, SF and PCT in the infected group were higher than those in the noninfected group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rates of SF, PCT, CRP and IL-6 in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of SF, PCT, CRP and IL-6 are significantly increased in patients with rheumatic diseases coinfection, and they can be used to assist in the diagnosis of secondary infections combined with the clinical symptoms. It is of great significance for the differential diagnosis of rheumatic diseases combined with infection.
