北京市高中学生体力活动水平与学业成绩的关系——基于家庭社会经济状况分析
Relationship between Physical Activity and Academic Achievement in High School Students in Beijing——An Analysis Based on the Family Socioeconomic Status
【摘要】 以北京市高中学生为研究对象,调查高中学生体力活动水平,探讨家庭社会经济状况对高中学生体力活动的影响,研究高中学生体力活动水平与学业成绩的关系。研究发现,高中学生平均每天MVPA时间为42.6±27.1 min,男生平均每天MVPA时间(49.4±29.0 min)明显超过女生(37.3±24.3 min)(P<0.001);高中学生达到WHO 60 min/天及以上MVPA推荐标准的人数比例为26.7%,其中,男生(35.0%)达到WHO推荐标准的人数比例高于女生(20.4%)(P<0.001)。父母高水平体力活动家庭子女每天MVPA时间较父母低水平体力活动家庭子女提高23.7%(P<0.05);父母受教育程度、父母职业类型和家庭年收入水平等家庭社会经济状况指标与高中学生体力活动水平未见显著性影响;高中男生每周MVPA时间与学业成绩呈二次抛物线关系(r2=0.015 9),高中男生最佳MVPA推荐量相当于55 min/天,未见高中女生MVPA时间与学业成绩之间有显著性相关。提示,适当的体力活动不会降低高中学生学业成绩,而且可以提高男生学业成绩。
【Abstract】 Taking high school students in Beijing as the research objects, this paper investigates the physical activity level of high school students in Beijing, discusses the influence of family socioeconomic status on the physical activity level of high school students, and studies the relationship between the physical activity level of high school students and their academic performance. Results showed that the daily average moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity minutes of high school students were 42.6±27.1 min, and boys had 49.4±29.0 min of daily average moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity, which was significantly more than those of girls(37.3±24.3)(P<0.001); the percentage of high school students who had reached the WHO recommendation of 60 min or more daily moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity was 26.7%, and boys reaching the recommendation being 35.0%, which was higher than the percentage of girls(20.4%)(P<0.001). The daily moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity time of children from the family of both parents having high level physical activity was23.7% longer than those who had both parents of low level physical activity(P<0.05); no significant influence was found between the family socioeconomic status indexes which include parents’ education level, parents occupation type and family income, etc. and the physical activity level of high school students; there was a quadratic parabola relationship between the moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity time per week and academic achievement among high school boys(r2=0.015 9), the optimal moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity amount being equal to 55 min for high school boys per day, and no significant relationship was found between the moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity time and academic performance among high school girls. The results suggested that the appropriate amount of physical activity could improve the academic performance of high school boys, instead of hindering the academic performance of high school students.
