甜菜颗粒粕半纤维素及纤维素提取的研究
Study on the Extraction of Hemicellulose and Cellulose from Beet Pulp Pellets
【摘要】 甜菜颗粒粕经去除果胶处理后,采用氢氧化钠提取半纤维素、乙酸提取纤维素,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。试验结果表明,半纤维素的最佳提取条件为氢氧化钠溶液浓度11%、温度60℃、时间6 h、料液比1∶30,产率为22.7%;纤维素的最佳提取条件为乙酸溶液浓度15%、料液比1∶25、温度60℃、时间1.5 h,产率为22.88%。
【Abstract】 After removing pectin from beet pulp pellets, sodium hydroxide is used to extract hemicellulose and acetic acid is used to extract cellulose. The optimal extraction process conditions are determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that the optimal extraction conditions for hemicellulose are as follows: sodium hydroxide solution concentration is 11%, temperature is 60 ℃, time is 6 h, solid-to-liquid ratio is 1∶30, the yield reaches 22.7%; the optimal extraction conditions for cellulose are as follows: acetic acid solution concentration is 15%, solid-to-liquid ratio is 1∶25, temperature is 60 ℃, time is 1.5 h, the yield reaches 22.88%.
