脂肪干细胞在糖尿病慢性创面中的基础研究及应用
Basic research and application of adipose derived stem cells in diabetic chronic wound
【摘要】 随着全球DM患病率升高,DM慢性创面患者不断增加。目前刺激DM创面愈合的技术仍然低效。人体脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)含量丰富,容易获取,可通过诱导多向分化、参与免疫调节、影响成纤维细胞的生物学行为、促进血管化等机制使DM创面愈合。ADSCs可逐渐改善DM溃疡,疼痛评分降低,跛行步行距离减小,经皮氧分压升高,无并发症。本文对ADSCs在DM慢性创面中的基础研究及应用进行综述。
【Abstract】 With the increasing prevalence of diabetes mellitus(DM)in the world,DM patients with chronic wounds are increasing. At present,the technology of stimulating DM wound healing is still inefficient.Human adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs)are abundant and easy to obtain. They can heal DM wounds by inducing multidirectional differentiation,balancing immunity,regulating the biological behavior of fibroblasts and promoting the vascularization. ADSCs can gradually improve diabetic ulcer,reduce pain score,improve claudication walking distance,increase percutaneous oxygen partial pressure and have no risks of complications. This article reviews the basic research and application of ADSCs in chronic diabetic wounds.
