【摘要】 目的探讨运动治疗对糖尿病前期(PDM)患者血糖转归的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月于3所医院完成规律运动2年的113例PDM患者的临床资料,以运动后血糖转归为判定标准,探讨运动治疗对PDM患者血糖转归的影响因素。结果 Logistic回归分析显示,患者基线WHR(OR 0.242,P=0.028)和胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA2-β)(OR 1.034,P=0.044)是运动治疗对PDM患者血糖转归的影响因素。结论运动治疗对PDM患者转归与基线WHR及HOMA2-β相关,相较于BMI,临床应更重视基线WHR对PDM患者血糖转归的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors for exercise therapy on blood glucose outcome in patients with prediabetes(PDM).Methods The clinical data of patients with PDM who completed regular exercise for 2 years in three hospitals from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.
