糖尿病患者血清尿酸水平与全因死亡率及心血管疾病死亡率Meta分析

【摘要】 目的探讨DM患者血清尿酸(SUA)水平与全因死亡率及心血管疾病(CVD)死亡率的关系。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science及中国知网、万方、维普等中英文数据库中关于DM患者血清SUA水平与全因死亡率及CVD死亡率的队列研究,按照纳入、排除标准筛选文献并采用Stata15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入以全因死亡率为结局的研究共10篇,其中以CVD死亡率为结局的研究7篇,结果显示,DM患者SUA水平每上升1 mg/dl的全因死亡率升高6%,CVD死亡率升高10%,风险比及相应95%CI分别为1.06(1.03,1.08)、1.10(1.05,1.15)。结论 DM患者全因死亡率及CVD死亡率升高与SUA水平上升相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between serum uric acid and all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods We searched Pub Med,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases to collect cohort studies investigating the relationship between serum uric acid and all-cause or cardiovascular mortality in patients with DM. Literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 15. 0 software.Results We identified 10 eligible cohort studies with all-cause mortality as the outcome.Among them,7 studies had cardiovascular mortality as the outcome. Meta-analysis showed that with per1 mg/dl increment in serum uric acid,the all-cause mortality risk increased by 6% and cardiovascular mortality increased by 10% in patients with DM. The combined hazard ratio(HR)and 95% confidence interval(CI)were 1. 06(1. 03,1. 08)and 1. 10(1. 05,1. 15)for all-cause and cardiovascular mortality,respectively.Conclusion High serum uric acid level was associated with the subsequent risk of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in patients with DM.
