【摘要】 输尿管子宫内膜异位症起病隐匿,临床症状不典型,常合并无症状的肾功能丢失,早期诊断、及时处理至关重要。手术是治疗输尿管子宫内膜异位症的金标准,需要根据输尿管子宫内膜异位症的类型、病灶的大小、部位等决定相应的手术方式。手术方式有输尿管松解术、输尿管节段性切除端端吻合术、输尿管节段性切除输尿管膀胱种植术。手术治疗是安全、有效的,但要注意手术并发症的发生并积极预防和及时处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ureteral endometriosis(UE)is often as-ymptomatic and the symptom of UE is untypical. Alarge percentage of patients with UE may have an as-ymptomatic loss of renal function. Therefore,it is im-portant to make an early diagnosis and timely treat-ment. Surgical intervention is the golden standard forthe treatment of UE. The surgical technique must bechosen according to the type of UE,and the size andlocation of the lesions. Surgical approaches to UE mayinclude:ureterolysis,ureteral segmental resection withend-to-end anastomosis,and ureteral segmental re-section with ureteral reimplantation. Surgical treatmentis considered effective and safe. Nevertheless,explicitattention must be paid to the fact that complicationscan occur. The complications must be treated in time.更多还原
