【Abstract】 Ovarian endometrioma is the most commonsubtype of endometriosis for which surgical treatmentis performed. The timing of surgical treatment and theprotection of ovarian function have attracted muchattention. This article declares clinical principles andconsiderations related to surgery for ovarian endome-trioma based on the patients’ requirement for fertilityand recurrence. Furthermore,it is emphasized thatqualified specialists should be determined according tothe difficulty of operation so as to control operationquality and to pay attention to fertility protection andthoroughness of the surgery.更多还原
