【摘要】 推动"互联网"与"绿色生态"的深度融合,对实现中国经济高质量发展具有重大意义。基于2003—2018年中国277个城市的面板数据,构建了互联网发展指数与绿色经济效率指数,并运用空间滞后模型(SAR)与中介效应模型,多维度实证检验了互联网发展对绿色经济效率的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:第一,互联网发展不仅显著地提升了本地区城市绿色经济效率水平,同时还对周边地区的绿色经济效率存在正向空间溢出效应,已成为新时代中国推动高质量发展的重要力量;通过引入经济地理权重矩阵、人均GDP差值倒数权重矩阵及地理距离倒数平方矩阵进行稳健性检验,该结论仍然成立。第二,在发展阶段异质性上,2003—2012年与2013—2018年两个阶段的互联网发展均能提升城市绿色发展效率水平,且随着互联网"使用程度加深",互联网发展会对绿色经济效率产生更大的影响;在区域异质性与城市规模异质性上,东部地区和大型城市相对于中西部地区和小型城市,互联网发展对绿色经济效率产生的影响更大。第三,就影响机制而言,产业结构合理化和高级化是互联网发展提升绿色经济效率水平的重要路径,其中产业结构合理化起到了部分中介作用,产业结构高级化起到了完全的中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the deep integration of the Internet and green ecology is of great significance to the realization of China’s highquality economic development. Based on the panel data of 277 cities in China from 2003 to 2018, this paper constructed the Internet development index and green economy efficiency index, and used the spatial lag model(SAR) and intermediary effect model to empirically test the impact of Internet development on green economy efficiency and its mechanism. The research found that: Firstly, the development of the Internet not only significantly improved the efficiency level of urban green economy in the region, but also had a positive spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of green economy in the surrounding areas, and it became an important force for China to promote high-quality development in the new era. Through the use of economic geography weight matrix, per capita GDP difference reciprocal weight matrix and geographical distance reciprocal square matrix for robustness test, the conclusion was still valid. Secondly, in terms of the heterogeneity of the development stage, the Internet development in the two stages of 2003-2012 and 2013-2018 could both improve the efficiency of urban green development. However, with the deepening of Internet use, the development of the Internet would have a greater impact on the efficiency of green economy. In terms of regional heterogeneity and urban scale heterogeneity, the development of the Internet had a greater impact on the efficiency of green economy in the eastern region and large cities than in the central and western regions and small cities. Thirdly, as far as the influence mechanism is concerned, the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure was an important path for the development of the Internet to improve the efficiency of green economy, in which the rationalization of industrial structure played a partial intermediary role and the upgrading of industrial structure played a complete intermediary role.更多还原
