【摘要】 技术市场是我国高技术企业技术创新成果的重要交易场所,也是弥补企业技术不足的重要渠道,对高技术产业创新具有重要作用。本文以市场设计理论为基础,分析了技术市场的市场厚度、市场流畅度对创新的影响机制,并借助面板回归模型、面板门槛模型和向量自回归模型研究技术市场厚度、流畅度与高技术产业创新之间的作用关系与互动机制。研究结果表明:技术市场厚度对高技术产业创新产出的影响效应为正,综合弹性系数为正;技术市场厚度与高技术产业创新产出之间具有良好的互动机制,创新产出对技术市场厚度形成了较好的良性反馈;技术市场流畅度对高技术产业创新产出的负向机制大于正向机制,综合弹性系数为负;技术市场流畅度与高技术产业创新产出之间尚未形成良好的互动机制,无法相互促进。因此,本文提出了相应的政策建议:优化技术市场,在促进技术市场厚度发展的同时,提升技术市场流畅度;加强对技术市场的管理,提高技术市场厚度;关注技术市场与政策制度发展的匹配程度,发挥技术市场流畅度的正向影响机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology market is an important trading place for the technological innovation achievements of high-tech enterprises, and also an important channel to make up for the technical shortage of enterprises, which plays an important role in the high-tech industry innovation. Based on the market design theory, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism between the technology market thickness and fluency and high-tech industry innovation. In addition, the paper empirically analyzes the mechanism by means of panel regression model, panel threshold model and vector autoregressive model. The results show that the effect of technology market thickness on the high-tech industry innovation is positive. There is a good mechanism between the technology market thickness and the high-tech industry innovation, and the innovation has formed a good benign feedback on the technology market thickness. The negative mechanism of technology market fluency on high-tech industry innovation is greater than the forward mechanism, and the comprehensive elasticity coefficient is negative. The mechanism between technology market fluency and high-tech industry innovation is poor. Therefore, the paper proposes the following policy recommendations. Optimize the technology market and promote the simplification of the technology market while promoting the development of the thickness of the technology market. Strengthen the management of the technology market, increase the thickness of the technology market. Pay attention to the matching degree between the development of technology market and policy system, and give play to the positive impact mechanism of technology market fluency.更多还原
