【摘要】 目的:比较分析门诊发热患者与健康对照者的血细胞在显微镜检与希森美康XN-2800分析结果中的差异,从而评估血细胞形态学显微镜检的必要性。方法:将本院门诊从2019年4月～11月收治的108例发热患者纳入观察组。另取同期健康体检人员100例作为对照组。对所有人员均进行血细胞形态学检验及计数分析,比较两组血细胞形态学检测情况(主要包括异常细胞、白细胞形态以及红细胞形态),红细胞参数主要包括红细胞分布宽度标准差(RDW-SD)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平,并作相关性分析。结果:观察组异常细胞、白细胞形态以及红细胞形态异常发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞参数RDW-SD、MCHC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),MCV水平低于对照组(P<0.05);而两组MCH水平对比并不明显(P>0.05)。结论:门诊发热患者的血细胞形态学存在显著差异,血细胞形态学检验可有效提高疾病的检出率,检验医生应重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the difference of blood cells between outpatients with fever and healthy controls in microscopic analysis and Sysmex XN-2800 analysis,and to assess the necessity of microscopic examination of blood cell morphology.Methods:A total of 108 patients with fever admitted to our hospital from April to November 2019 were included in the observation group.Another 100 healthy persons were selected as control group.Blood cell morphology test and blood cell count analysis were performed on all the personnel.The blood cell morphology detection (mainly including abnormal cells,white blood cell morphology and red blood cell morphology),red blood cell parameters (mainly including RDW-SD,MCV,MCH,MCHC)level,and correlation analysis was made.Results:The incidence of abnormalities in abnormal cell,white blood cell and red blood cell in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of RDW-SD and MCHC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),while the level of MCV in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),while the level of MCH in the two groups was not significantly different (P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant difference in blood cell morphology among outpatients with fever.Blood cell morphology test can effectively improve the detection rate of disease,and doctors should pay more attention to it.更多还原
