【摘要】 通过PDL1(22C3)在不同平台的染色结果分析选择最佳的染色平台。利用PDL1(22C3)的阳性对照(扁桃体和胎盘组织)在DAKO、ROCHE、Leica和手工的免疫组化染色平台的染色结果,根据PDL1(22C3)的判读标准进行染色结果分析,选择合适的染色平台。PDL1(22C3)在DAKO、ROCHE免疫组化染色平台的染色结果最佳,而在Leica和手工平台的染色效果次之。PDL1(22C3)可以在不同平台进行染色,得到相同或接近的染色效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through PDL1 (22C3) staining results analysis on different platforms to select the best staining platform.Use the PDL1 (22C3) positive control (tonsil and placental tissue) staining results on DAKO,ROCHE,Leica and manual immunohistochemical staining platforms,analyze the staining results according to the interpretation standard of PDL1 (22C3),and select the appropriate staining platform.PDL1 (22C3) has the best staining results on DAKO and ROCHE immunohistochemical staining platforms,and the staining results on Leica and manual platforms are second.PDL1 (22C3) can be dyed on different platforms to get the same or similar dyeing effect.更多还原
