【摘要】 目的:评估MECT(无抽搐电休克)治疗对精神分裂症患者心率变异性的影响。方法:选取大连市第七人民医院老年精神科2017年5月～2019年5月收治的精神分裂症患者40例,分为实验组和对照组,各20例。实验组服用足量利培酮,同时行MECT治疗每周3次,对照组只接受足量利培酮治疗。两组患者治疗前、治疗4周、半年后均行心率变异性分析。对比两组患者治疗前后心率变异性的变化。结果:实验组治疗后6个月LF/HF与治疗前LF/HF值对比,P=0.008,有统计学意义。实验组与对照组治疗4周LF/HF值对比,P=0.02,实验组与对照组6个月后LF/HF值对比P=0.008。结论:MECT治疗可以有效地降低交感神经兴奋性,并且该疗效在半年后仍持续存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of treatment of MECT (Modified Electra Convulsive Therapy) on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in patients with schizophrenia.Method:40 schizophrenics admitted to the department of geriatric psychiatry in Dalian Seventh People’s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were chosen and divided into 2 groups,each of which included 20 cases.Those which called experimental group were asked to take risperidone in full dose and concurrently treated with MECT 3 times weekly,while others which called control group were asked to take risperidone only.HRV was analyzed at the periods before treatment,4 weeks and half a year after treatment and the changes of HRV before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The LF/HF,which represents the excitability of sympathetic nerve,of the treatment group after 6 months was significantly higher than that before treatment (P=0.008).The LF/HF value of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group for 4 weeks (P=0.02).The LF/HF value of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group after 6 months (P=0.008).Conclusion:MECT can effectively reduce the sympathetic excitability,and the effect still exists half a year later.更多还原
