汝阳某选矿厂钼精选工艺优化及改造实践

【摘要】 汝阳某选矿厂为日处理2万t的钼选矿厂,试生产期间做了大量技术改造、工艺优化工作,指标逐步提升,但精选段工艺仍存在不稳定、精选回收率低等现象。通过粗精选、精扫选流程改造和工艺优化,基本实现了精选段工艺稳定、提高回收率的目的。

【Abstract】 The concentrator is a molybdenum concentrator with a daily processing capacity of 20 000 tons. During the trial production,a lot of process transformation and optimization work has been done,and the indexes are gradually getting better. However,the stage of cleaning process is still unstable and the recovery of cleaning is low. Through the process reform and process optimization of rough cleaning and cleaning scavenging,the process stability of the cleaning stage is basically guaranteed,and the recovery is improved.
