【摘要】 宜居城市是中国城市发展的目标要求,具有科学评价标准。建设宜居城市应当坚持4个原则:一是坚持人民性,体现宜居性;二是承继传统型,体现时代性;三是坚持多样性,体现特色性;四是认识阶段性,体现可持续性。建设宜居城市需在7个方面体现新理念:第一,在指导思想上担伟大复兴使命;第二,在绿水青山上作美丽环境文章;第三,在绿色发展上促集约高效经济;第四,在文化建设上各具特色;第五,在改革创新上增强科学进步实力;第六,在扩大开放上展全面发展格局;第七,在共建共享上显人民城市本质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Livable city is the goal of urban development in China,and has a scientific evaluation standard.The construction of livable city should adhere to four principles:first,adhere to human nature,and reflect livable;second,inherit the traditional type,and reflect the times;third,adhere to the diversity,and reflect the characteristics;fourth,recognize the stages and reflect the sustainability.The construction of livable city needs to reflect the new concept in seven aspects:first,undertake the great mission of national rejuvenation in guiding ideology;second,make environment more beautiful based on clear water and green mountains;third,promote intensive,efficient and sustainable green economy;fourth,maintain and develop distinctive cities based on cultural construction;fifth,accelerate scientific and technological reform and innovation;sixth,develop a new pattern to expand all-round opening-up;seventh,reflect joint construction and sharing of urban community essentially.更多还原
