【摘要】 内蒙古自治区作为能源消费和碳排放量"双"大省,在实现双碳目标的约束下,形势紧迫、任务艰巨。本文在内蒙古能源消费结构以及GDP增长的基础上,测算了内蒙古中长期的能源消费总量目标,分析了其煤电在低碳约束下的中长期发展定位、规模和策略,以及风电和太阳能发电的发展路径。对其煤电中长期规划安排、优化电源结构有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a province with large scale of energy consumption and carbon emissions, the Inner Mongolia is facing an urgent situation and arduous tasks under the carbon peak and the carbon neutral targets. Based on the energy consumption structure and GDP growth of Inner Mongolia, this paper estimates the total energy consumption target of Inner Mongolia in the medium and long term. It analyzes the medium and long-term development orientation, scale and development strategy of coal power under low-carbon constraints, as well as the development strategy of wind power and solar power, and development strategies for wind and solar power. The paper is useful for the medium and longterm planning arrangement of coal power generation and optimization of power supply structure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.更多还原
