年龄相关性黄斑变性的关联基因研究现状
Current status of associated genes in age-related macular degeneration
【摘要】 年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)是发达地区老年人口失明的最常见原因,严重危害人们的身心健康及生活质量。关于AMD的病因尚未明确,可能与遗传基因、环境暴露、营养失调、代谢障碍、视网膜的慢性光损伤等因素有关。其中遗传基因起了关键作用,大约71%的AMD都是由遗传因素决定的,一个或多个基因会导致AMD发展的敏感性。目前已成功定位多个AMD风险基因座。通过探索AMD的易感基因,了解抗血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)治疗对不同表型患者的反应,为患者提供更具针对性和成本效益的疗法。现将近年来AMD相关基因的研究现状予以综述。
【Abstract】 Age-related macular degeneration(AMD) is the most common cause of blindness in the elderly. Especially in developed areas, it has caused serious harm to people’s physical and mental health and quality of life. Currently, the causes of AMD are not yet clear. which may be related to genetic factors, environmental exposure, malnutrition, metabolic disorders, chronic retinal light damage and other factors. Genes play a key role. About 71% of AMD is determined by genetic factor, where one or more genes contribute to susceptibility to AMD development. So far, several AMD risk loci have been successfully mapped. Aimed to explore the susceptibility genes of AMD and understand the response of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) treatment to patients with different phenotypes, to provide more targeted and cost-effective treatment for patients,this paper reviews the research status of AMD related genes in recent years.
