【摘要】 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)作为严重的糖尿病微血管并发症,是导致失明和视力障碍的主要原因之一。目前,临床上对于DR的主要治疗方式包括视网膜激光光凝术、玻璃体切割术及抗VEGF等。虽然具有一定的疗效,但并不能消除疾病的进展,逆转视网膜的损伤。中药是我国中医学治疗疾病的主要方式,其中石斛是一味名贵药材,自古就被用来治疗各种眼科疾病。石斛及其提取物具有降血糖、抗血管生成、抗炎、抗氧化应激等药理活性,对DR的发病机制具有抑制作用。本文就石斛总提取物、石斛酚、石斛多糖、毛兰素和石斛碱与DR相关研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetic retinopathy(DR), as a serious diabetic microvascular complication, is one of the main causes of blindness and visual impairment. Currently, the main clinical treatments for DR include retinal laser photocoagulation, vitrectomy, and anti-VEGF therapy. Although it has certain effects, it cannot eliminate the progression of the disease and reverse the damage of the retina. Traditional Chinese Medicine is the main way of treating diseases domestically. Among them, dendrobium is a precious medicinal herb in traditional medicine. It has been used to treat various eye diseases since ancient times. Dendrobium and its extracts have pharmacological activities such as lowering blood sugar, anti-angiogenesis, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative stress,and have inhibitory effects on the pathogenesis of DR. This article reviewed the research progress of total extracts of Dendrobium-gigantol, dendrobium polysaccharides, erianin, dendrobine and their relationships with diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
