在线粒度检测在煤泥水系统中的应用

【摘要】 煤泥水的性质随煤种、产地、采煤方法、运输方式、选煤手段、原煤中细粒含量、次生煤泥性质和数量、可溶性盐类的种类和数量,以及所用水质的变化而变化,且直接影响到煤泥水的沉降特性、絮凝性质、过滤效果及脱水后的产品水分含量等。针对煤炭开发与水资源利用形成的尖锐矛盾,在选煤厂中急需实现对煤泥水系统的在线粒度检测。目前针对不同煤泥水的粒度在线检测方式主要有激光、超声、接触测量等,本文通过对比不同粒度测量方式的应用特点、适用范围,以及各种测量方式在产品级上的使用情况,针对煤泥水系统的特性,选择基于线性检测原理的直接接触式测量的BPSM_MS在线粒度仪作为煤泥水处理系统的在线粒度检测仪器,通过先进的在线检测分析方式实现煤泥水系统的关键参数在线检测与分析,研究煤泥水粒度特性的时空变化特征及对异常工况的分析及报警技术,为煤泥水系统的过程智能控制提供重要的参数依据。

【Abstract】 The properties of slime water change with the change of coal type,producing area,mining method,transportation mode,coal preparation means,content of fine particles in raw coal,properties and quantity of secondary slime,types and quantity of soluble salts,and water quality used,and directly affect the settlement characteristics,flocculation properties,filtration effect and moisture content of dehydrated products of slime water.In view of the sharp contradiction between coal development and water resources utilization,it is urgent to realize online particle size detection of slime water system in coal preparation plant.At present,there are mainly laser,ultrasonic and contact measurement methods for particle size online detection of different slime water.This paper compares the application characteristics and application scope of different particle size measurement methods,and compares the use of various measurement methods at the product level.According to the characteristics of slime water system,BPSM based on linear detection principle is selected BPSM_MS on-line particle size analyzer,as the on-line particle size detection instrument of slime water treatment system,realizes on-line detection and analysis of key parameters of slime water system through advanced on-line detection and analysis methods,studies the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of slime water particle size characteristics and the analysis and alarm technology of abnormal working conditions,so as to provide important parameter basis for process intelligent control of slime water system.
