坚硬顶板切顶卸压垮落规律研究

【摘要】 为了解决坚硬顶板垮落步距大而易引起大面积来压等问题,以邱集煤矿1102工作面为研究对象,开展切顶卸压对坚硬顶板垮落规律的研究。基于悬臂梁理论推导了切顶卸压后坚硬顶板垮落步距的计算公式,理论计算了邱集煤矿1102工作面坚硬顶板各岩层荷载和切顶卸压前后各岩层的垮落步距,对比分析了切顶卸压前后顶板的垮落特征,并利用现场实测数据验证了理论分析的准确性。结果表明:切顶卸压后,直接顶的垮落步距从26.66m减小到9.13m,减小了65.8%;基本顶的初次垮落步距从45.41m减小到25.64m,减小了43.5%;周期垮落步距从18.54m减小到12.82m,减小了39.9%。切顶卸压减小了直接顶和基本顶的垮落步距,实现了对坚硬顶板垮落步距的有效控制,保证工作面安全开采,对类似的地质条件下煤层开采和矿压控制具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the large collapse step distance of hard roof causes large area of pressure,1102 working face of Qiuji coal mine is taken as the research object,the study on the collapse law of hard roof by roof cutting and pressure release is carried out.Based on the cantilever beam theory,the calculation formula for the collapse step distance of the hard roof after the roof cut and pressure relief.The load of each rock layer on the hard roof of Qiuji coal mine 1102 working face and the collapse step distance of each rock before and after the roof cutting and pressure release are calculated theoretically.The collapse characteristics of the roof before and after roof cutting and pressure release are analyzed,and the accuracy of the theoretical analysis is verified by the field measured data.The results show that after the roof cutting and pressure release,the collapse step distance of the immediate roof is reduced from 26.66 mto 9.13 m,which is a reduction of 65.8%;the step distance of the initial collapse of the main roof is reduced from 45.41 mto25.64 m,which is a reduction of 43.5%,and the collapse step distance of the cycle collapse is reduced from18.54 mto 12.82 m,a reduction of 39.9%.Roof cutting and pressure relief reduces the collapse step distance between immediate roof and main roof,realizes effective control of the collapse step distance of hard roof,and ensures safe mining of the working face.It is a reference for coal seam mining and mine pressure control under similar geological conditions.
