基于亚临界有机朗肯循环的核动力系统高温有机工质初选
High Temperature Organic Working Fluid Selection for Small Power Nuclear Power System Based on Subcritical Organic Rankine Cycle
【摘要】 针对堆芯出口温度低于350℃的反应堆,开展基于亚临界有机朗肯循环的核动力系统高温有机工质初选。选择5种高温有机工质进行计算分析,综合比较采用不同工质的有机朗肯循环热效率、电效率、净电效率、工作压力、冷热源换热功率、膨胀机压比和出口体积流量等关键参数。结果表明:使用R 141 b和RC 490作为有机朗肯循环工质,系统效率较高,冷端适应性较好且压力适中,膨胀机出口体积流量和压比小,为小型反应堆核动力系统的动力转换技术工质筛选提供参考。
【Abstract】 The primary selection of high-temperature organic working fluid for small power nuclear power system based on subcritical organic Rankine cycle is carried. The reactors’ core outlet temperature is below 350℃. Five kinds of high temperature organic working fluid are selected for modeling and analysis, and the key parameters of organic Rankine cycle with different working fluids, such as thermal efficiency, electrical efficiency, net electric efficiency, working pressure,heat transfer power of cold and heat sources, pressure ratio of expander and outlet volume flow, are compared comprehensively. The results show that the thermal efficiency, working pressure and the volume flow and pressure ratio at the outlet of the expander are more reasonable, and system indicates better environmental adaptability when using R 141 b and RC 490 as working fluid. This study can provide valuable reference for working fluid selection of small power nuclear power system based on subcritical organic Rankine cycle
