道路设施状态智能联网监测预警的理论与技术

【摘要】 针对道路基础设施监测预警从单一设施转向路网级设施的需求,以智能、联网为手段,开展相关研究,建立了数据驱动的路网同类基础设施服役性能评估和基于机器学习的路网道路基础设施服役性能预测理论,突破了道路基础设施空间地理信息与几何信息快速提取、路面病害智能识别与表达、区域路网交通运行风险管控、路网设施全生命周期养护策略智能匹配等关键技术,研发了道路基础设施三维快速巡检装备,建立了区域路网道路设施风险库与策略库,搭建了道路基础设施数字化管理平台,为道路设施状态智能联网监测预警奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 In view of the requirements of monitoring and early warning level from a single road infrastructure to network infrastructure, by means of intelligence, networking, a data-driven network similar infrastructure service performance evaluation and road network based on machine learning road infrastructure service performance prediction theory is established. The key technology such as road infrastructure spatial geographic information and geometry information extraction, pavement diseases intelligent identification and expression, regional road network traffic risk control, the whole life cycle of network facilities maintenance strategy is broke. The road infrastructure three-dimensional fast inspection equipment is developed. The risk database and strategy database of regional road network facilities have been established, and the digital management platform of road infrastructure has been set up. A solid foundation for intelligent network monitoring and early warning of road facility status is provided.
