【摘要】 自配饲料是我国现有养殖发展格局的必然结果,其与商品饲料共同推进了现代畜牧业发展。目前商品饲料监管逐步完善,而自配饲料监管则略显乏力。本文描述了我国自配饲料发展现状,分析了自配饲料监管中存在的养殖者法律意识淡薄、监管对象庞杂、监管法规抽象等现实问题,提出了加强对养殖者的宣传教育、增加监管人员数量、明晰监管职责、扩大法规适用范围等对策,以期为完善我国自配饲料监管体系提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-made feed is chronically and inevitably caused by current structure of breeding industry in China,which pushes forward the development of modern animal husbandry together with commercial feed. However,corresponding supervision has been gradually improved for commercial feed,but slightly poor for self-made feed. In the paper,the status of self-made feed in China was described,practical problems in supervision,including low level of legal awareness of farmers,numerous and complicated objects to be supervised,abstract laws and regulations for supervision,etc.,were analyzed,and some countermeasures were thereby put forward,such as improving publicity for farmers,increasing the number of supervisors,clarifying responsibilities,expanding the application scope of laws and regulations,with a view to supporting the supervision system of self-made feed in China.更多还原
