超声人工智能诊断系统联合远程医疗的临床价值探讨

【摘要】 目的对乳腺、甲状腺等超声人工智能系统联合远程医疗的临床价值进行探讨。方法乳腺、甲状腺等超声人工智能系统通过联合远程医疗,进行实时动态远程超声检测,专家在线实时会诊,给予基层及地方医院指导及诊断。结果共检测612例患者,其中女563例,男49例,甲状腺检测379例,乳腺检测221例,其他检测12例。手术患者5例,转诊医疗4例。结论通过乳腺、甲状腺等超声人工智能系统联合远程医疗,基层医院的超声诊疗水平得到大幅度提高,减少了由于误诊、漏诊造成的过度治疗,进而促进优质医疗资源输出,对于健全"互联网+医疗健康"的服务体系具有重要的社会意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of breast and thyroid ultrasound artificial intelligence system combined with telemedicine. Methods Ultrasonic artificial intelligence systems such as breast and thyroid were combined with telemedicine to carry out real-time dynamic remote ultrasonic detection. Experts conduct online real-time consultations and provide guidance and diagnosis to grassroots and local hospitals. Results A total of 612 patients were tested, including 563 female patients, 49 male patients, 379 thyroid testing, 221 breast testing, and 12 other testing. There were 5 surgical patients and 4 medical referrals. Conclusions Through the combination of breast, thyroid and other ultrasound artificial intelligence systems and telemedicine, the level of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment in primary hospitals has been greatly improved, reducing excessive treatment due to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, thereby promoting the output of high-quality medical resources, which is important for the sound "Internet+medical health". The service system has important social significance.
