单纯微波消融与联合聚桂醇硬化治疗甲状腺良性囊实性结节的疗效对比研究
The Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Microwave Ablation Alone and Combined with Lauromacrogol Injection for the Treatment of the Thyroid Benign Cystic Solid Nodules
【摘要】 目的探究单纯微波消融与微波消融联合聚桂醇硬化在甲状腺良性囊实性结节治疗中的疗效。方法选取93例共104枚甲状腺良性囊实性结节患者作为研究对象。对照组采用超声引导下经皮单纯微波消融治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上注射聚桂醇治疗。比较治疗前后,两组患者临床疗效、结节缩小率及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后,研究组患者视觉疼痛评分(VAS)评分为(2.65±0.44),显著低于对照组(3.56±0.38)。术后1、3、6、12个月,研究组结节体积缩小率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为1.92%,低于对照组的7.69%。结论微波消融联合聚桂醇硬化治疗临床疗效优于单纯微波消融,可有效缩小囊性占比>50%的结节,减少患者术后疼痛及并发症的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of microwave ablation alone and combined with lauromacrogol injection for the treatment of the thyroid benign cystic solid nodules. Methods 93 patients with thyroid benign cystic solid nodules admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation alone, while the study group was treated with lauromacrogol injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were recorded, and nodular reduction rate was also detected before and after treatment. Results After surgery, VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(2.65±0.44) vs(3.56±0.38)] with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After surgery 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, the reduction rate of nodule volume in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate in the study group was 1.92%, lower than that in the control group(7.69%). Conclusions The clinical effect of microwave ablation combined with lauromacrogol injection is better than that of microwave ablation alone, which can effectively reduce nodules with cystic ratio more than 50%, reduce postoperative pain and the occurrence of postoperative complications.
