【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图在儿童链球菌感染致心脏瓣膜损伤中的应用价值。方法以我院因链球菌感染经超声心动图检查明确瓣膜损伤的30例患儿为研究对象,分风湿热(12例)和非风湿热(18例)两组,选20例正常对照组,回顾总结和对照分析超声心动图特点及结果。结果风湿热组与对照组间左心房舒张末内径(LADd)和左心室舒张末内径(LVDd)均有显著性差异,左室射血分数(LVEF)无显著性差异。非风湿热组与对照组间LADd有显著性差异,LVDd和LVEF均无显著性差异。风湿热组与非风湿热组间LADd、LVDd和LVEF均无显著性差异。风湿热组与非风湿热组两组间二尖瓣反流(MR)程度有显著性差异;主动脉瓣反流(AR)和三尖瓣返流(TR)程度均无显著性差异。结论应用超声心动图检查对链球菌感染致心脏瓣膜损伤的诊断有较高的灵敏度,对临床诊断和治疗具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the echocardiographic application value of the heart valve injury caused by streptococcus infection in children. Methods A total of 30 cases with heart valve injury caused by streptococcus infection who diagnosed by echocardiography in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into 2 groups, rheumatic fever group(n=12) and non-rheumatic fever group(n=18). 20 matched healthy children were selected as the control group. Retrospectively analyzed the difference of echocardiographic characteristics between the three groups. Results There were significant differences between rheumatic fever group and control group in LADd and LVDd and no difference in LVEF. There was significant difference between the non-rheumatic fever group and the control group in LADd and no differences in LVDd and LVEF. There was no significant difference between the rheumatic fever group and the non-rheumatic fever group in LADd, LVDd and LVEF. There was significant difference between rheumatic fever group and non-rheumatic fever group in degree of MR and no differences in degree of TR and AR. Conclusions Echocardiography has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of heart valve injury and has important clinical application value in diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
