【摘要】 目的分析阴道超声联合MRI在剖宫产后子宫切口瘢痕处妊娠中的诊断价值。方法 113例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者,所有患者入院时行阴道超声检查,术前行MRI检查,对比阴道超声检查、MRI检查以及两者联合检查的诊断结果与手术病理结果的差异。结果 3种检查方式对比,联合检查阳性检出率均明显高于其他两种单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MRI检查阳性检出率明显高于阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道超声联合MRI检查可有效提高剖宫产后子宫切口瘢痕处妊娠的阳性检出率,降低漏诊率,联合检查具有更高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound combined with MRI in pregnancy at the scar of uterine incision after cesarean section. Methods 113 patients with uterine scar pregnancy were selected in our hospital. All patients underwent vaginal ultrasound examination before admission and MRI examination before operation, and compared the difference between the diagnosis results of vaginal ultrasound examination, MRI examination, and the combined examination and surgical pathological results. Results Compared with the three examination methods, the positive detection rate of the combined examination was significantly higher than that of the other two separate examinations, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the positive detection rate of the MRI examination was significantly higher than that of the vaginal ultrasound examination, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Vaginal ultrasound combined with MRI can effectively increase the positive detection rate of pregnancy at the scar of the uterine incision after cesarean section, reduce the rate of missed diagnosis, and the combined examination has higher clinical value.更多还原
