【摘要】 受陇南市卫生健康委员会和市基层卫生协会委托,调研组对全市7个县区的14所乡镇卫生院采取了重点选择和随机选择相结合的方式进行了实地调研,目的是分析和查找乡镇卫生院人才队伍建设中存在的不利和制约因素,为乡镇卫生院人才队伍建设和提升卫生服务能力提供决策依据。通过2个月的调研发现,陇南市乡镇卫生院卫生人才总量不足,人才队伍建设制约因素较多,乡镇卫生院服务能力下降,卫生主管部门要适时制定政策,从各方面夯实人才培养机制,努力提高乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力和处置突发公共卫生事件应急能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrusted by Longnan Municipal Health Commission and the municipal basic health association, the research group conducted a field survey of 14 township health centers in 7 counties and districts of the city by combining key selection with random selection, aiming to analyze and find out the disadvantages and constraints in the talent team construction of township health centers.It can provide some decision-making basis for the construction of talent team and the promotion of health service capacity in township hospitals. Through two months of investigation,the number of health talents is insufficient, there are many constraints on the talent team construction, the service capacity of township health centers decreases, the health authorities should formulate policies timely, strengthen the talent training mechanism from all aspects, and strive to improve the medical service capacity of township health centers and the emergency ability to deal with public health emergencies.更多还原
