【摘要】 目的:研究肺癌合并静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)患者预后情况及危险因素。方法:回顾性分析临夏州人民医院2013年2月—2017年6月收治的127例肺癌患者的临床资料,根据是否合并VTE分成肺癌合并VTE组47例和单纯肺癌组80例。单因素及多因素logistic回归分析肺癌患者合并VTE的影响因素。比较两组预后情况。结果:单因素及多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,糖尿病、冠心病、高血压、化疗、腺癌、肺癌临床分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期均是肺癌合并VTE的独立危险因素。肺癌合并VTE组的生存时间明显短于单纯肺癌组。结论:肺癌合并VTE患者的预后相对较差,糖尿病、冠心病、高血压、化疗、腺癌、肺癌临床分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期均会增加肺癌患者合并VTE的风险,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the prognosis and risk factors of lung cancer patients with venous thromboembolism(VTE). METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed on 127 cases of lung cancer patients admitted from February 2013 to June2017 and the patients were divided into 47 cases of lung cancer patients combined with VTE and 80 cases of single lung cancer patients according to whether they were combined with VTE or not. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of lung cancer patients complicated with VTE. The prognosis of the two groups was compared. RESULTS Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that: diabetes, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, chemotherapy, gland carcinoma, lung cancer clinical stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ were independent risk factors for lung cancer merger VTE. It was found that the survival time of patients in the lung cancer group combined with VTE was significantly shorter than that in the single lung cancer group. CONCLUSION The prognosis of lung cancer patients with VTE was relatively poor. In addition, diabetes, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, chemotherapy, gland carcinoma, lung cancer chemotherapy Ⅲ～Ⅳ period all could increase the risk of lung cancer combined with VTE, they should be taken into consideration seriously.更多还原
