【摘要】 目的:了解安顺市丙类传染病发病强度和流行特征,为制定防治规划和评价实施效果提供依据。方法:利用流行病学方法分析2015—2019年安顺市丙类传染病疫情资料。结果:安顺市2015—2019年丙类传染病年均发病率为113.55/10万,男女性别比为1.53∶1。以肠道传染病及呼吸道传染病为主,年均发病率居前5位的病种为手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、流行性感冒、其它感染性腹泻和急性出血性结膜炎。有4～6月及10月到次年1月两个高峰,以散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生为主。结论:安顺市丙类传染病呈上升趋势,散居儿童、托幼儿童及学生是丙类传染病防控的重点人群,提高疫苗针对性疾病的接种工作、做好聚集性病例监测与处置及防止学校和托幼机构疫情暴发,是控制丙类传染病的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the incidence intensity and epidemic characteristics of class C infectious diseases in Anshun, so as to provide basis for formulating prevention and control plan and evaluate the implementation effect. METHODS Epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic data of class C infectious diseases in Anshun from 2015 to 2019. RESULTS The average annual incidence rate of class C infectious diseases in Anshun was 113.55/10 million from 2015 to 2019, and the gender ratio was 1.53∶ 1. The incidence rate of intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases was the highest. The top five diseases were hand foot mouth disease, mumps, influenza, other infectious diarrhea and acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis.There were two peaks from April to June and October to January of the next year, mainly for scattered children, child care children and students. CONCLUSION Class C infectious diseases were on the rise. Scattered children, kindergarten children and students were the key population for the prevention and control of class C infectious diseases. The key to control class C infectious diseases was to improve the vaccination rate of immune targeted diseases, monitor and dispose the clustered cases, and prevent outbreaks in schools and kindergartens.更多还原
