【摘要】 目的探讨对腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补(TAPP)术中发现的成人对侧隐匿性腹股沟疝(OCH)同期行修补手术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2017年5月～2020年7月天津市第三中心医院因成人单侧腹股沟疝行TAPP术治疗的530例患者的临床资料。将其分为两组,一组患者伴OCH,均已行手术治疗,另一组不伴OCH,比较分析两组的临床资料。结果 530例患者中不伴OCH组466例,伴OCH组64例,两组患者的术后住院时间、尿潴留、血清肿、疼痛方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),伴OCH组患者的手术时间、住院费用高于不伴OCH组(P <0.05)。结论对单侧腹股沟疝患者TAPP术中发现的OCH,同期行修补手术安全可靠,条件允许时建议同期对其手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safe and feasibility of transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair(TAPP)for concurrent repair of occult contralateral inguinal hernia in adults(Occult contralateral Hernia, OCH). Methods The clinical data of 530 patients who received transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair with unilateral inguinal hernia admitted from Jul. 2017 to May. 2020 in Tianjin Third Central Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 530 cases,the cases of inguinal hernia were 466,and the cases of OCH were 64,which has been conducted preventive repair. Two group had no statistical difference between the length of the postoperative hospital stay, urinary retention, seroma, and pain. The hospitalization expenses and operation time of group which has OCH was significantly higher than those of the group which has not OCH. Conclusion Concurrent repair of OCH found during TAPP surgery in patients with unilateral inguinal hernia is safe and reliable. It is recommended to conduct concurrent repair for OCH found during TAPP surgery when without contraindication.更多还原
