【摘要】 目的探讨清热解毒方对老年肺癌癌性发热的临床效果及预后。方法将2019年6月～2020年6月收治的100例老年肺癌癌性发热患者随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组应用解热镇痛类药物、抗生素、皮质类固醇激素等常规对症治疗措施缓解患者出现的临床症状;观察组在对照组的基础上给予清热解毒方治疗,比较两组患者的病情缓解程度、免疫功能变化情况。结果两组患者经系统退热治疗7 d后,观察组患者短期内总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%(χ~2=4.536,P=0.033),观察组患者长期内退热疗效总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.00%(χ~2=7.051,P=0.008);观察组的IgA、IgG、IgM等免疫球蛋白水平明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒方可明显缓解老年肺癌癌性发热,提高患者免疫系统功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and prognosis of Qingrejiedu decoction on cancer fever of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 100 elderly patients with cancer fever from June 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with antipyretic and analgesic drugs,antibiotics,corticosteroids and other conventional symptomatic treatment measures to alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.The observation group was treated with Qingrejiedu decoction on the basis of the control group,and the remission degree and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of systematic antipyretic treatment,the total effective rate of short-term antipyretic effect in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00% in control group (χ~2=4.536,P=0.033),and the total effective rate of long-term antipyretic effect in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.00% in the control group (χ~2=7.051,P=0.033).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingrejiedu decoction can significantly alleviate carcinomatous fever of lung cancer in the elderly and improve the immune system function.更多还原
