【摘要】 为加强我市基层肿瘤患者伴发癌痛的规范化诊疗管理工作,保障医疗质量和安全,让基层癌痛患者得到规范化治疗。在全市范围内开展"市级癌痛规范化治疗示范点"的创建活动,药师全程参与创建活动的监督、指导和评估等工作。通过"市级癌痛规范化治疗示范点"的带动和示范作用,加强了基层麻醉和精神药品临床应用管理,提高了肿瘤患者生存质量。目前宜宾市内已经有15家医疗机构获得"市级癌痛规范化治疗示范点"称号,癌痛患者明显获益。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the standardized diagnosis and treatment management of cancer pain in primary cancer patients in our city, and ensure the medical quality and safety, so that the primary cancer pain patients get standardized treatment. We carried out the activity of establishing "municipal exemplary base of standardized treatment of cancer pain " in our whole city. The pharmacists are fully involved in the supervision, guidance and evaluation of the creation activities. Through the exemplary and leading role in founding of "municipal exemplary base of standardized treatment of cancer pain ", we strengthened the management of the clinical application of basic anesthetic and psychoactive drugs, and improved the quality of life of cancer patients.
