模拟干旱胁迫与温度对野榆钱菠菜种子发芽特性和幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 以荒漠植物野榆钱菠菜为材料,研究其发芽和幼苗生长对不同温度下模拟干旱胁迫的响应。研究表明:温度与干旱及其交互作用对野榆钱菠菜种子的发芽率、发芽速率、发芽势、幼苗根长和芽长均有显著影响。25/10℃和30/15℃时,野榆钱菠菜种子的发芽过程表现出了较高耐旱性(20%PEG);25/10℃时,5%PEG促进了幼芽生长。根据回归分析,野榆钱菠菜种子在20/5℃、25/10℃、30/15℃和35/20℃处理发芽时的耐旱临界值(PEG%)分别为14.9%、22.7%、21.4%和11.5%,极限值分别为30.4%、31.1%、30.0%和30.5%。25/10℃处理的发芽情况显著优异于30/15℃、35/20℃和20/5℃处理,尤其在高浓度干旱处理,更为显著地提高了野榆钱菠菜种子发芽率,推断25/10℃为野榆钱菠菜种子发芽最适宜的温度。与芽长相比,根长更适合作为反映野榆钱菠菜耐旱能力的指标。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the Atriplex aucheri was used as the material to study the response of its germination and seedling growth to simulated drought stress at different temperatures. The results showed that temperature, drought and their interaction had significant effects on the germination percent, germination rate, germination potential, seedling root length and bud length of A. aucheri. The germination process of A. aucheri seeds showed higher drought tolerance(20% PEG) at 25/10℃ and 30/15℃. At 25/10℃, 5% PEG treatment promoted the growth of buds. According to regression analysis, the drought tolerance critical value(%PEG) of A. aucheri seeds germinated at 20/5℃, 25/10℃, 30/15℃ and 35/20℃ were 14.9%, 22.7%, 21.4% and 11.5%, respectively, and the limit values were 30.4%, 31.1%, 30.0% and 30.5%, respectively. The germination of 25/10℃ treatment was significantly better than that of 30/15℃, 35/20℃ and 20/5℃, especially in the high concentration of drought treatment, which significantly improved the germination rate of A. aucheri seed. It was suggested that 25/10℃ was the most suitable temperature for A. aucheri seed germination. Compared with bud length, root length was more suitable as an indicator to reflect drought tolerance of A. aucheri.
