【摘要】 最新发布的国家标准《中医病证分类与代码》修订版在实际应用中存在编码过长、使用不便、编码不明晰、编码释义模糊等问题。本研究参考ICD-11的编码方案,结合中医病证分类的特点,重新定义编码元素和规则,设计出一套更实用的编码改进方案。通过改进,编码长度显著减少,最长编码位数由21位降至9位,更便于使用;编码元素由纯数字改为英文字母和数字相结合,使得编码更加直观明晰,更便于熟悉和记忆;定义分隔符"."的使用规则,编码释义更加明确;定义顺序号前缀标识符"Z",进一步增强了编码扩充性。改进方案的编码可与原方案编码进行一对一映射,不影响相关的数据上报等工作。改进方案可在实际工作中替代原方案推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some deficiencies in the revised version of the newly released national standard “classification and codes of diseases and patterns of traditional Chinese medicine”, such as too long codes, inconvenient use, unclear code, vague interpretation and so on. This study refers to the coding scheme of ICD-11,combined with the characteristics of classification of diseases and patterns of TCM, designs a more practical coding scheme. After improved, the length of codes are significantly reduced and the longest code length reduces from 21 to 9, which is easier to use. The coding element is changed from pure numbers to the combination of English letters and numbers, which makes the coding more intuitive and clearer, easier to be familiar with and memorized. The delimiter "." is defined, and the definition of coding is more clear. The prefix identifier "Z" of sequence number is defined, which further enhances the extensibility of coding. The coding of the improved scheme can be one-to-one mapped with the original scheme coding, which does not affect the related data reporting and other work. The improved scheme can be popularized and applied instead of the original scheme in practical work.更多还原
