【摘要】 目的探讨体质量指数与乳腺癌相关临床病理特征的关系。方法本研究纳入2018年1月至2019年12月期间在苏州大学附属第一医院乳腺外科行手术治疗356例女性乳腺癌患者,将其按体质量指数(BMI)分为非超重组(BMI<24 kg/m~2,n=196)和超重组(BMI≥24 kg/m~2,n=160),分析BMI与其临床病理特征的关系。结果绝经后乳腺癌患者中,出现区域淋巴结转移的患者38.71%为非超重,61.29%为超重;增殖指标Ki-67<15%的绝经后患者中,59.68%为非超重,40.32%为超重;Ki-67>30%的绝经后患者中,35.71%为非超重,64.29%为超重,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体质量指数与绝经后乳腺癌临床病理特征密切相关。在绝经后乳腺癌患者中,与非超重者相比,超重者的淋巴结转移率较高,Ki-67表达较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between body mass index(BMI) and clinicopathological features related to breast cancer(BC). Methods A total of 356 female patients with BC who underwent breast surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in this study. According to BMI, they were divided into the non-overweight group(BMI<24 kg/m~2, n=196) and the overweight group(BMI ≥24 kg/m~2,n=160). The relationship between BMI and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results Among the postmenopausal BC patients, 38.71% patients with regional lymph node metastasis were non-overweight and 61.29% were overweight.Among the postmenopausal patients with Ki-67 <15%, 59.68% were non-overweight and 40.32% were overweight.Among postmenopausal patients with Ki-67 >30%, 35.71% were non-overweight and 64.29% were overweight, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion BMI is closely related to clinicopathological features of postmenopausal BC patients. Among postmenopausal BC patients, compared with non-overweight patients,overweight patients have a higher rate of lymph node metastasis and higher expression of Ki-67.更多还原
