【摘要】 目的通过Meta分析系统评价胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)与单髁置换术(UKA)治疗内侧间室骨性关节炎的疗效。方法检索CNKI、CBM、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库,时间为:1980年1月至2020年6月,有关比较HTO和UKA治疗内侧间室骨性关节炎的文献,检索《骨与关节杂志》上相关文献。筛选出符合纳入标准的文献,提取数据,后录入Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果两者并发症、翻修率、膝关节炎学会评分(KSS)、疼痛评分(VAS)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种术式比较,UKA并发症少,翻修率低,KSS评分高,疼痛缓解好。基于有限的资料分析,UKA相较于HTO在短期临床效果具有优势,长期效果需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of high tibial osteotomy(HTO) and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)in the treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis through a Meta analysis system. Methods We searched databases including CNKI, CBM, Wanfang, Weipu, PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library from January 1980 to June 2020 to obtain the literature about comparing HTO and UKA in the treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis. We also searched the Journal of Bone and Joint. The documents that met the inclusion criteria were screened out. The data was extracted and then entered into Revman5.3 for Meta-analysis. Results There were significant differences in the compli cations, revision rate, American knee society knee score(KSS) and pain score(Visual Analogue Scale/Score, VAS)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the two surgical procedures, UKA has fewer complications, lower revision rate, higher KSS score, and better pain relief. Based on limited data analysis, UKA has advantages over HTO in short-term clinical effects, and long-term effects need further research.更多还原
