【摘要】 目的探讨多磺酸粘多糖乳膏和马铃薯薄片外敷在治疗自体动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月在我院血液透析患者中自体动静脉内瘘出现皮下血肿、瘀斑和局部肿胀的患者55例,随机分为对照组(n=27)和试验组(n=28),对照组采用马铃薯薄片外敷,试验组采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用,比较两组患者局部症状和内瘘功能在4周后能有效恢复的比例,并比较两组患者中有效患者达到有效的最快时间。结果治疗4周后试验组总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的74.08%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组有效患者平均缓解时间为(13.50±3.60)d,对照组为(16.50±3.50)d,试验组患者达到有效的时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用和马铃薯薄片外敷在治疗自体动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的疗效均确切,多磺酸粘多糖乳膏较马铃薯薄片起效更快,应用更为方便,更适合临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonic Acid Cream on the treatment of subcutaneous hematoma of autogenous arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 55 patients with subcutaneous hematoma, ecchymosis, and local swelling in autoarteriovenous fistula were selected from our patients on hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019. They were randomLy divided into a control group(n=27) and an experimental group(n=28). The control group used potato slices for external application, and the experimental group used Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonic Acid Cream for external application. The proportion of local symptoms and internal fistula function that can be effectively recovered after 4 weeks between the two groups were compared. And the effective fastest time of the effective patients between the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.86%, significantly higher than that of the control group(74.08%), but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The average remission time of effective patients in the experimental group and the control group was(13.50±3.60) days and(16.50±3.50)days. The time for the patients to reach effectiveness in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The topical application of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonic Acid Cream and potato slices in the treatment of subcutaneous hematoma of arteriovenous fistula has accurate effect. Hirudoid cream has a faster onset,more convenient application and more suitable for clinical application than potato slices.更多还原
