基于蓝牙5.0低功耗通信技术的智能流量计APP设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Smart Flowmeter APP Based on Bluetooth 5.0 Low Power Communication Technology
【摘要】 随着工业自动化仪表成为工业生产过程中不可或缺的现场设备,工业上对智能自动化仪表(如智能流量计等)的功能要求越来越多。针对各类智能制造流水线对流量计的非接触、快速无感、批量抄表的技术要求,对现有技术进行分析研究,引入蓝牙5.0技术。考虑流量计数据的移动查询需求,且实现远距离控制及远程专家协助的功能需求,提出了一款基于蓝牙5.0的智能流量计模型。在此基础上,设计并实现了一款基于蓝牙5.0低功耗通信技术的智能流量计APP,实现了智能流量计与手机APP的数据交换。该APP支持用户端查询智能流量计的历史数据、故障代码、实时监控、程序升级等特定应用场景。通过协议扩展,融合多类型流量计、大数据以及人工智能等相关新兴技术,该APP可泛化应用于自动化仪表行业,成为行业专用工具APP。
【Abstract】 As the industrial automation instrument has become an indispensable field equipment in the industrial production process, there are more and more functional requirements for the industrial intelligent automation instrument such as smart flowmeter in industry.According to the technical requirements of non-contact, fast non-inductive and batch meter reading for flowmeters in various intelligent manufacturing lines, the existing technologies are analyzed and studied, and Bluetooth 5.0 technology is introduced.Considering the mobile query requirements of flowmeter data and the functional requirements of remote control and remote expert assistance, a smart flowmeter model based on Bluetooth 5.0 is proposed.On this basis, a smart flowmeter APP based on Bluetooth 5.0 low power communication technology is designed and implemented to realize the data exchange between the smart flowmeter and the mobile APP.This APP supports user end to query the historical data, fault code, real-time monitoring, program upgrade and other specific application scenarios of the intelligent flowmeter.Through protocol expansion and integration of multi-type flowmeters, big data and artificial intelligence and other relevant emerging technologies, the APP can be widely applied to the automation instrument industry and become an industry-specific tool APP.
