【摘要】 师范生教师职业能力培养是教师教育核心命题,然而长期面临缺乏科学性指导、实践能力不足、理论与实践脱节等困境。该文提出了基于微认证的师范生教师职业能力精准测评解决思路,并从评价体系设计、评价结果可视化表征,以及基于微认证的全过程管理三个方面进行全面阐释。评价体系设计部分重点介绍了面向教师职业能力发展的微认证体系构建思路,包括职业能力内涵界定、能力分解以及认证规范开发。评价结果可视化表征部分提出了以职业能力刻画为核心、以学习过程和个体特征描述为关联的师范生能力画像构建思路。基于微认证的全过程管理部分立足于系统管理视角阐述了师范生培养管理体系构建与应用的设计逻辑和技术路线。研究认为,在师范生培养中,基于微认证的精准测评方案可以推动教学模式、过程管理、环境设计、资源适配、干预策略以及师资配置等关键培养要素保持一致性,进而有效倒逼教师教育开展基于标准的改进与变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of pre-service teacher’s professional competency is the core proposition of teacher education; however,it is often faced with the problems of lack of scientific guidance, insufficient practical competency, disjunction between theory and practice etc. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence and big data, this paper puts forward the solution of precision evaluation of preservice teachers’ professional competency based on micro-credentials, and makes a comprehensive explanation from the design of evaluation system, the visual representation of evaluation results, and the whole process management. Firstly, this paper introduces the construction idea of micro-credentials system aiming at the development of teachers’ professional ability including the connotation definition, ability decomposition and certification standards development; next, it puts forward the idea of constructing the competency portrait of pre-service, which takes the description of professional ability as the core item and the description of learning process and individual characteristics as the link items; then, based on the perspective of system management, the paper expounds the design logic and technical route of the construction and application of the whole process management system based on micro-credentials. The researchers believe that in whole education process of pre-service teachers, the precision evaluation scheme based on micro-credentials can promote the consistency and alignment of key education elements such as teaching mode, process management, environment design, resource adaptation, intervention strategy and teacher allocation, thus forcing the improvement and reform of teacher education based on standards effectively.更多还原
