基于单片机的自动进样机系统

【摘要】 化学实验室传统进样方式是采用人工手动进样,这种进样方式误差大,样液精度需根据实验者经验来判断。针对以上问题,该文设计了一种基于单片机的自动进样系统,CPU采用低功耗,高效率的STC12C5A60S2单片机,通过控制三路步进电机实现自动进样。进样次数与样液毫升数可以显示在数码管上,通过按键可实现进样次数与样液体积的调整,并用软件对蠕动泵流量进行控制计算。实验结果表明,系统在进样过程中稳定,进样误差小,能帮助实验者更高效率地完成实验。

【Abstract】 The traditional sampling method of chemical laboratory is manual injection,this sampling method has a large error,and the accuracy of the sample solution needs to be judged based on the experimenter’s experience.Aiming at the above problems,design an automatic sampling system based on single-chip microcomputer,the CPU uses a low-power,high-efficiency STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer,and realizes automatic sample injection by controlling three-way stepping motors. The number of injections and the volume of milliliters of sample solution can be displayed on the digital tube,and the number of injections and the volume of sample solution can be adjusted by pressing the button,the software needs to calculate the flow rate of the peristaltic pump to design. The experimental results show that the system is stable during the sampling process and the sampling error is small,which helps the experimenter to complete the experiment more efficiently.
