基于PLC控制的微型变压器自动测试系统设计
Design of Automatic Test System for Micro Transformers Based on PLC Control
【摘要】 通过分析微型变压器自动测试非标设备的工作原理和控制要求,确定了其自动测试系统的主程序流程、PLC选型,完成了I/O分配和编程工作,实现了微型变压器自动测试作业。该系统已投入微型变压器生产线的实际使用。结果表明,自动测试系统具有测试效率高、稳定性好、操作方便等优点,将微型变压器测试工序的每小时产量由500台提升到1500台,为每条生产线可减少操作人员5人,有效地降低了微型变压器的生产成本。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the operating principle and control requirements of micro transformer testing non-standard equipment,the main program flow chart of the automatic control system was determined,the appropriate PLC model was selected and the I/O address allocation and programming work was completed,and the automatic test operation of micro transformer was realized. The system has been put into practical use in micro transformer production line. The results show that the system has the advantages of high test efficiency,good stability and easy operation which increased the production per hour of the micro-transformer testing process from 500 pcs to 1500 pcs,so saved 5 people for each production line and effectively reduced the production cost.
