聚硼硅氧烷基黏滞阻尼器的力学性能研究
Mechanical properties of a polyborosiloxane-based viscous damper
【摘要】 黏滞阻尼器是一种速度相关型的耗能减振装置,其减震性能由结构内部阻尼介质物理性质决定。聚硼硅氧烷(Polyborosiloxane, PBDMS)是一种硅胶系高分子材料,由于具有作为黏滞阻尼器的阻尼介质的潜力而受到广泛关注。但是由于机械性能较差,限制了其广泛应用。该课题组通过添加白炭黑与二甲基硅油来改性PBDMS,获得黏滞阻尼器要求的非线性阻尼特性,提高其机械性能及其稳定性。通过对样品的流变性能、热力学性能以及阻尼器的动力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明,利用白炭黑改性PBDMS,不仅不影响材料的黏流温度,还带来了材料优异的机械性能。而该阻尼材料在工作一段时间后,其力学性能仍不发生改变,表现出较好的可逆性。将增塑型PBDMS作为黏滞阻尼器的阻尼介质使用,可以得到阻尼力与速度成非线性关系的黏滞阻尼特性,这种非线性黏滞阻尼器在同等条件下阻尼性能更优异、安全性更高。
【Abstract】 Viscous damper is a kind of velocity dependent energy dissipation damping device whose shock absorption performance is determined by the physical properties of the damping medium inside the structure. Polyborosiloxane(PBDMS) is a sort of silicone polymer material that has received widespread attention due to its potential in the use as a damping medium for viscous dampers, but its poor mechanical properties have limited its extensive use. The research group modified PBDMS by doping silica and dimethicone to get the nonlinear damping characteristics required by viscous dampers, and to improve its mechanical properties and stability. The rheological properties, thermodynamic properties, and dynamic properties of the damper were tested and analyzed. The results show that PBDMS modified by silica can not only have no effect on the viscous flow temperature of the material, but also make the material achieve excellent mechanical properties. Moreover, after working for a period of time, the mechanical properties of the damping material hold not changed, showing its good reversibility. Using plasticized PBDMS as the damping medium of the viscous damper, the viscous damping characteristic of nonlinear relationship between damping force and velocity can be obtained. Under the same conditions, the damping performance and safety of this kind of nonlinear viscous damper are better than others.
