【摘要】 在"一带一路"倡议和长江经济带发展战略叠加效应影响下,合肥市科教资源、交通设施和科技创新方面的独特优势进一步显现,但因缺少对外开放合作发展的国际战略平台,所面临的产能过剩与转型升级问题更加突出。基于此,本文提出了通过加强规划政策交流对接、加快构建全面对外开放新格局、加快产业转移进程,调整产业结构升级步伐以及建立完善的招商投资体制机制等具体建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the influence of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, The unique advantages of Hefei in science and educational resources, transportation facilities, and technological innovation have further highlighted.
