【Abstract】 The quality structure of normal university students is a complex system in which many factors come into play to achieve certain functions. By introducing the concept of "iceberg model" and the research method of "grounded theory", this paper constructs the quality model of normal university students from the perspective of management. Based on the training cases of normal university students, a new path of teacher education is proposed to further promote the construction of normal university students’ training base, and construct a new model for effective evaluation.更多还原
