【摘要】 目的观察国医大师张震疏调通便方治疗阿片类药物所致便秘的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的设计,将66例患者随机分成治疗组33例(疏调通便方颗粒)和对照组33例(麻仁软胶囊),2组均治疗7 d后,观察比较2组患者治疗前后生活质量评分、便秘症状评分、便秘疗效、中医伴随症状情况。结果治疗组便秘疗效总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者中医伴随症状积分治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善,治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论国医大师张震疏调通便方颗粒治疗阿片类便秘有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine master Zhang Zhen’s constipation relief decoction for opioid-induced fecal impaction. Methods: We designed a randomized controlled trial: 66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 33 patients(Zhangzhen’s Constipation Relief Granules) and the control group of 33 patients(Maren Soft Capsules). The patients in both groups were treated for 7 days, and their life quality score, constipation symptom score, constipation efficacy and common accompanying symptoms by traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated and analyzed before and after treatment. Results: The total cure rate of constipation in the treatment group was 96.7% in contrast to 62.5% in the control group with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). In addition, accompanying symptom score of patients in the treatment group significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Zhang Zhen’s recipe has a significant effect on opioid-induced constipation, and it is promising for clinical application.更多还原
