胸腺嘧啶偶联羧基化磁性微球对水环境中汞的快速吸附与去除效果的研究
Quick Adsorption and Removal of Mercury in Water Environment by Using Thymine Coupled to Carboxylated Magnetic Microspheres
【摘要】 为了在水环境治理领域,研究开发出高效、实用的汞分离去除新材料,实验合成了一种新型胸腺嘧啶偶联羧基化磁性微球,并考察了其对水体环境中的汞进行吸附和去除效果的分析。结果表明:经过对此新型材料粒径、用量以及不同汞浓度吸附去除效果的优化实验,发现粒径为1.0μm的磁珠材料,在用量为5.0μL/mL时,处理水溶液中汞浓度高达10.0μg/L的样品时,具有较好的吸附效果,去除率可达89.0%。[中国渔业质量与标准,2021,11(4):09-16]
【Abstract】 To develop an efficient and practical material for mercury separation and removal in the field of water environment treatment, a new type of thymine coupled to carboxylated magnetic microspheres was synthesized through experiments, whose absorption and removal effects for mercury in water environment were also analyzed. Research Results: After optimizing the adsorption and removal effects of the new material by experiments on particle size, dosage and mercury concentration, it was found that the material presented better absorption effect and its removal rate could reach 89.0% when the particle size of the magnetic microsphere was 1.0 μm, the dosage was 5.0 μL/mL and the mercury concentration in the water to be treated was as high as 10.0 μg/L.
