【摘要】 本文以岳阳职业技术学院九华山健康服务社区学院、汨罗归义镇龙舟社区学院为试点,探究地方高职院校开展社区健康服务的新模式。通过深入访谈、问卷、调查等形式在社区居民和工作人员、医学院师生中对该模式展开调查。结果显示:地方高职院校以社区学院为依托,采用"1+X+X"健康服务联合体新模式,进行社区健康服务,既能保证社区健康服务的全面、持久开展,使社区居民健康管理能力提高,又能促进医学人才的培养和健康服务专业群的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes Jiuhuashan and Longzhou community colleges as pilots to explore the new model of community health service of local higher vocational medical colleges.Through in-depth interviews,questionnaires,discussions and other forms,the survey of this model is carried out among community residents,staff,teachers and students of medical colleges.The results show that local higher vocational medical colleges,relying on community colleges,can not only ensure the comprehensive and sustainable development of community health services,but also improve the health management ability of community residents by adopting the new model of "1 + X + X" health union to provide community health services.It also promotes the cultivation of medical talents and the construction of health service professional groups.更多还原
