变量机构压力脉动对柱塞泵声振特性的影响

【摘要】 在流体传动系统中,柱塞泵的振动噪声已经成为影响性能的关键指标之一,其主要激励源是出口压力脉动。为研究柱塞泵的振动噪声,搭建了柱塞泵的AMESim模型,在变量机构回路中加入阻尼孔元件,仿真结果表明,其可以有效降低出口的压力脉动。通过试验测试柱塞泵在加入阻尼孔前后在不同转速下的压力和振动信号,利用小波包对信号进行消噪处理,再经过傅里叶变换得到功率谱密度。结果表明,仿真所得压力在误差允许范围,且加入阻尼孔元件后振动信号的功率谱幅值至少可以降低50%。

【Abstract】 The vibration and noise of the piston pump is has become one of the key indicators, which has a great influence on the performance of the pump in fluid power systems. The main sourse of excitation of vibration and noise comes from the pressure pulsation at the outlet. In order to study the vibration and noise of the plunger pump, the AMESim model of the piston pump is built in this paper, which adds a damping hole component in the variable mechanism circuit. The simulation results show that it can effectively reduce the outlet pressure fluctuation. The pressure and vibration signals of the piston pump are tested by experiment before and after the damping hole is added at different rotating speeds. The signals are denoised by wavelet packet, and then the power spectral density is obtained by Fourier transform. The experimental results show that the simulated pressure is in the scope of error allowed, and the power spectrum amplitude of the vibration signals can be reduced by at least 50% when the damping hole element is added.
